AWD only will help with the 60-ft times, nothing else! You will get burned after that by a 2wd.

True , wow 33's huh, i just resently pu 18" nitroe wheels with 285/50VR18 yokahama's, i can't even get a squeel now LOL. These tires are the same hight but a full 2.5 inches wider than the stock 275/60/17's that come stock, by the way how can u fit 33's on the "D"? did u lift it any? like to see some pics , it must look awsome... I'll have pics posted soon i hope if i can ever figure out how too........

Yup, put a 3" body, 1" shackle on it and cranked up the T bars.. That will have to due until they finally release a suspension lift for the 00 & 01's. I can't wait!!!!!

I have some prelim pictures up at http://www.ron-wilson.com

They are from a couple of weeks ago and don't show the latest. Shes back in the body shop for the next couple of day's finishing up (for now )......

Post some pic's. I'd like to see those Nitro's!

Ron, I love that sunroof... you think that would work in a QC Dak? Even with the overhear puter? You have the overhead puter right?

now, the tuff question.. what did a roof like that set you back? I am guessing around $800

I have seen a couple posts for the Durango R/T's (stock) running something like 15.7-15.9

I my self have an SLT. Stock best is 16.97 Just ran last weekend with my mods to a 16.58

Mine is a 98 with Fulltime 4WD. With full time engaged I ran stock at 17.22 60' times were no different because even with 2wd engaged I didn't have a problem with traction.

I bought a g-tech, and going by that only, my stock R/T like u said ran low 16's after my headers, cat-back msd ignition, plugs wires , the g-tech showed constant 15.0, with 0-60 at 6.8 sec.

I ran with my brothers 2000 maxima SE, i had beat him 2 out of 3 times.... i also had 1/8th tank of gas, and that is when (like i said in my previous post) i could break the front tires lose...i cant wait to install the new mods....Il keep everyone posted on the performance...
