Which manufacture for a cap and rotor do you think is best. Of course I will have to make sure that they make one for my enginge. I have tried Accel, Niehoff, nascar brand, and bosch and the terminals just burn up and pit to much to fast.

Call Jacobs. They should at least give you a suggestion. I dont know what power their "smart" coil puts out, but it can't be hotter than an Accel super coil, and Accel caps are made for that.

Actually the Jacobs coil puts out more juice over a larger RPM spread than the accel does. Jacobs also makes their own caps and rotors that are designed to handle all of their coils with their spiral core wires.
