Without knowing all the details, maybe mid to high 13's. The '71-74 "B" body care are fairly heavy, probbly #3,800 or more. Just put it together, tune it up, and take it to the track
Once at the track you should be able to tune the engine for even better performance.

Hey DAN-THE-MAN, checkout the last 3 issues of Mopar Muscle mag. On the cheap they built a street 440 pulling 666HP@6600RPM and 622ft/lbs@5000RPM. 915 heads(same as yours), 2.25 Manley intake valves,1.81 exhuasts, porting on the heads. Junkyard block .060" over, regound stock forged crank, Eagle H-beam rods, Arais 12.5:1 pistons, Total Seal Slant Gap Gapless rings, copper O-ring gaskets for heads. You might not do the whole deal, but it should give you some ideas where to spend you next year's paycheck.

Dan, you didn't mention the compression ratio or the specifics on the heads, but I am guessing low 14s. Those 3.23 gears don't help. Also, I presume you are running a trans cooler. A 2500 RPM stall with a 3.23 rear axle is going to generate a lot of heat.
