I run a 69 cuda with a 360 small block in it. The car runs 10.40's at 128 with the factory 72-74 heads a flat tappet cam flat top pistons and single 750 4bbl.I am looking for other none exotica small block racers to share ideas etc.

you have caught my attention with that great time slip this winter i am upgrading my 72 340 in the challenger. Are your factory heads ported. what cam?

I'm also interested in this small block powerplant. My first question is what type of specialized work performed on the heads. Also with flattop pistons, what's your cylinder pressure? Lastly, camshaft duration @ .050 #'s, lift, and overlap figures. Can you list these for us? Wedgehead

dude,it takes 491 rear wheel hp to run 10.40s in a 2800 lb car......havent seen any iron headed sb's making almost 570-590 hp...

AT least not 72-74 factory heads without laughing gas & that have been ported to high heaven.

Hey guys I put a run down on my car online .It was on the first time I looked but is gone now. The times were run two years in a row in St.Louis at the monster mopar meet.If you really want to talk not Question E-mail me.
