Default Headers or TB?

I was set on getting the Positive Performance headers (http://www.campbellenterprises.com/headers&.htm) but wonder if a billet TB from F&B will provide better or more "useable" results. Those that have them, let me know which is the better use of $400 at this stage considering what vehicle and modifications I have. I'm still thinking the headers since I have mildly modified my TB already and I don't want to reduce mpg.

Seeing your mods I would have to say headers. I wouldn't think the billit TB would be a drastic improvement over a modified stocker (I'm sure there would be an improvement but maybe not to justify the $400).

I would say TB, beacuse the air intake is gonna flow stronger than the stock TB can handle. So upgrade that then the headers

I've already modified my stock TB, no it is not a Billet 50mm but still better than stock.

Headers it is. I removed the heat shield on the passenger side manifold yesterday and painted it with 2 coats of Duplicolor ceramic 500 deg primer and two of the aluminum. It is already starting to bubble so I guess I will have to spring for the ceramic coating if I want this investment to last.

Now, only question is Tri-Ys or shorties. I was looking at the Y-pipe yesterday while tracking down an annoying bushing sqeak and it is pretty dinky, will have to be replaced.

Headers should be next IMHO. More bang for the buck!
