Default m/p 10.1 magnum short block in a 96 ram

hi guys, i'm considering a swap in my truck, it is currently a stock 96 ram 4x2 318 with headers and k&n gen II, i have a slightly used magnum 360 short block. its their 10-1 with a zero deck, i plan on using the stock heads and intake, and possibly what ever cam huges recomends, i know i'll need to change the converter in the trans but is there anything else i'll have problems with? i also have a oil pan for a truck 360. will there be too much compresson?

I would say it's to much compresion. Not an imposible amount tho.
a 93 octane is going to be needed for sure.
