Default cam stuff

O.K., I've read a lot of the threads you guys have been nice enough to help me on. And as such, I picked up a new double roller timing chain and gear set as well as a cam and lifters. The specs on the cam from P.A.W. are:
lift: int-.302 exh.-.453
cam timing @ .050 :
int - open- 7*btdc - close - 38*abdc - 225* dur. - 106*atdc lobe ctr.
exh. - 42*bbdc - close - 3*atdc - 225* dur. - 110* lobe ctr.
This should be pretty close to the one you guys suggested to go with my 318. My question is what should I set my centerline at, and how do I get it right without one of those dials? Also, the page says something about 1.5 ratio rockers. I thought this was supposed to work with my stockers. I'm still not great with all this geometry stuff. Would somebody please give some tips for installation without paying someone else or buying majorly expensive specialty tools I'll only use once? All of my other parts are here except the intake, and I'm still looking for a decent used one since I don't have the money for new.
Thanks again in advance
Mopar to ya!

Ausydad;

LOL, relax! Your stock rockers are 1.5. Just line up the dots on the gears. If your gears have more than one key way to line up, follow the code on the gear and instructions for "0" . Not the ones for 4degrees advanced or retarded.
The duration specs you gave are the events of the valve. Those are good for computer programs or the real keen on cams/engine relationship.
What are the .050 duration numbers? The other ones, (advertised) are large, the .050 numbers are smaller. In the 2's.

The slip I had is from inside the box with those numbers. The cam was ordered from P.A.W. from Chatsworth, CA. as grind no. 10357. I'm not sure what the advertised duration was.
