Right Seat Armrest
Saw one of them at the "Cruise the Falls" in Niagra Falls this summer and found the info on ptdoityourself.net site. Ordered it from Wykoff Chrysler and it arrived last night. Picked up the hardware parts today and will install tomorrow if the 95 temp breaks. Too hot in the garage for this.
Looks like a very doable install and my wife will LOVE having an armrest of her own. Check out the site, they have instructions, order info and downloadable drilling pattern. |

Well, I got it installed this afternoon. It went very easy. The drilling template was dead on accurate, and I added a piece of 14 gauge sheetmetal cut to the same template size and epoxied it to the inside of the plastic for more strength.
One thing I found was that the 100mm bolt ws too long, the threads bottomed out before it was a good snug fit, so, I substituted a 80mm bolt. That made a very tight fit, maybe too tight for my wife, I'll have to wait and see. Could also go 90mm if desired. The armrest is slightly lower than the drivers side, but not noticibally so. You should find it very comfortable and well worth the $80.00 cost. Ed |
