Default Water Wetter Results

Yesterday was the first serious test of the Redline Water Wetter I added to the radiator last month.

Yesterday, with temperatures at or above 97 degrees, my engine did not pass the 195 mark. Normally, while idling at an extended light or the drivethrough, it would approach the 205-210 range easily even with the 180 thermostat.

It provided a definite, noticeable improvement in engine temps and is worth the $6 IMHO.

Kevin: it is good stuff, my truck has never overheated...even with the air on!(when I still had freon in the system! )

2001 Durango R/T: Summit Racing, among other places, carries it.

My local Pep Boys carried it. Less than $7 for the bottle of bright pink stuff.

try using engine ice coolant in your dirt bike- i am giving you a sales pitch for my company-cyclelogic-check out www.engineice.cc
while testing the product while i was living in fla, my 125 ran 24 degrees cooler while my 250 ran 36 degrees cooler- made sure the stuff was legit before i invested in it

I know you have used Water Wetter before. Did you check the temp difference with it? I have read that the factory teams see about a 20 degree drop with Water Wetter.....but I don't push an engine quite as hard as they do. Hehe
You referred to engine ice and purple ice earlier. Are they the same thing? I'm going to check into the engine ice. I like to try new things that work. Thanks.
Is that the company that you are working for since you moved from Fla.?

i've never tested water wetter-other than gauge on my vehicles-never moved aftyer adding stuff- used purplew ice before i invested in engine ice-saw a lower needle mark after adding it to my mustang gt that i pumped up a little bit- engine ice is far superior to water wetter- used to be for ama road racing - only thing you could use was h20 and watter wetter as the antifeeze wasn't allowed in bikes if there was a crash- engine ice is the ONLY approved for road racing -as a matter of fact team DUCATI uses it as well as PLANET HONDA,YAMAHA OF TROY,ETC,ETC,ETC,
we are negotaions with JEREMY MCGRATH to start using it-phil

Question

Engine ice looks like a good product, any thoughts to making a line up for cars and trucks?

Default ice for vehicles

unfortunately - on vehicles where coolants is regulated by a thermostat- the results aren't the same as it is cooling so well the thermostats are closing -we have guys using it in dirt track and asphalt circle racing where thermostats aren't used-phil
