Biggrin dual exhaust prices

I was wondering what everyone else has paid for dual exhaust to be put on a car. I have a 75 Dart Sport and both muffler shops told me it would be $250 from manifolds to tailpipe exit.
Thanks

PS...I want turbo mufflers and 2.5" exhaust if possible

That price is good where I live. I paid $275 for duals with tailpipes and a crossover a few years back.

I have a 74 Dart Sport 360 and paid $250 for exhaust. Those are Illinois prices. Yours sounds like a deal. What size are you going with? What kind of mufflers? I went with 2.5" all the way back.

You would be money ahead if you brought your own performance muffler(super turbo=$35 or Flowmaster=$55) because most muffler shops charge you $40-$50 each for some no name turbo muffler. I just had duals put on my 76 Dodge pickup using 2 1/4" aluminumized pipe and my own mufflers, from engine to tailpipes behind the rear wheels, hangers, everything for $125. I'm sure shops vary in different areas. I thougt this was a very cheap price and it is a very nice job.

That would've been a great price for me. I just had a dual exhaust system with 2.5" Aluminized pipe and Dyno Super Turbo's from header collectors back put on a 68 RR 440 with Hedman Headers for $580. It's a very clean installation and the guy gave me more clearance than I had before and guarantees his work for 3 years.

We here in Hawaii always get remided that it costs to live in paradise.
