Dual choke plates? Sounds like a Carter AVS.

That sound like a weird carb you have there. Never heard of the set up you described. Can you tell me more about this Holley?

Well i picked this Holley Carb up at a local swapmeet. I later found the numbers 1850 2 on the bottom of the base plate from that i found out on holleys website it is a 600 cfm. But i have never see a carb with these choke towers.. it also has some weird what looks like to me as a spring blowoff valve on the front choke tower... maybe its a marine application or something. The Carb also has dual Metering blocks and a balance tube behind the fuel line that runs from the from bowl to the back. if you want to see it.. i can send you some pics via email in a few days.
