Can a badly rusted Windshield cowl on a 65 belevedere be repaired? I have repaired the floorboard & the trunk but this is to much for me.

Anything can be repaired. This is a common problem with the 62-65 cars.Best thing to do is find a donor car and use what you need,or call Kramer Automotive specialists.they deal in 62-65 cars and may be able to help.If not start caling the wrecking yards listed in the Mopar magazines to see what they have.
