Question B body/R body lower cont. bushings

My buddy runs an '81 Chrysler Newport in enduros...From what I know this R-Body is just an extended B-Body....He's having problems burning up the outside of the rf tire...camber is restricted to 1.5" measured from the bottom of the tire to the top...Upper A arm bushings and all ball joints are new...How do you replace the bushings in the stock lowers? they have the shaft going through a bushing that bolts into the k-fame for the pivot....Thanks!
