Default injectors

I want to install different injectors to get some additional power, can anyone recommend any and what kind of gain can I expect. I have a 2001 Quad Cab, 24 Valve, SWB, auto. The only add on is a K&N filter in the origional box.

There are so many different places to buy what you want out there you need to decide what you are looking for,,I have a guy in an hours distance from you that is a TST products dealer,,Call him and chat with himand you'll get a better idea,,He has installed a TST Power Max 3 box on his 2000 6 spd dually and I'll say this the thing will really scat, with the stock injectors even,,I am going to post above here a dyno day and BBQ for a TDR chapter rally meeting we are having to start one of our own,,Why not come up and see some of these tuned up animals for yourself,,I'll drop a private message with the dealers name and address for you,,Hope to see you there...

I have 2001 quad cab w/HO 6speed 4x4, Currently I have X370(high flow) injectors, power edge ez box, and a blue chip box. Im estimating my hp around 340-380 at the rear wheels, my torque is about 850-1000 est. as of yet I havent had it on a dyno. You should do some tranny work if your looking for this type of power.
Ive gotten about a 45-55 hp increase with just the injectors.

Call Scheid Diesel in Lafayette, IN (765)471-0355 ask for Kent Crowder.

340 to 380 HP and around 800 to 100 ft lbs of torque???,,Man thats ripe,,I'm not saying you may not get the number that you claim,BUT,I'd bet money on not seeing what you are looking for in the above numbers,,At our dyno day yesterday we had a few guys that were loaded like yours is and they, can I say got some interesting looks at what will and what won't make power,,If you can i'd love to see it on the dyno and the sheets that go with it,,If not bring it out here,we'll tie it to the "HUMBLER" and you'll see........

Extrude honed injectors, an EZ box and a Blue Box ought to be good for at least 350hp @ the wheels.
c_95mopar360rt: What are your EGT and boost numbers like?

DD3s and an EZ is good for 350-390.....????????

Big Red machine: I put on the Dyno at the Scheid Diesel Ext. in Terre Hautte It put out 356 horse and 887 on the torque. My wheels started slipping on the dyno, and thats why the torque #'s are low. If you want I will fax the sheet to you any time!

Rattle Box: My boost is only showing 39psi, I think it should be more but it runs pretty good. I pegged my EGT at 1048 after the turbo, so if you add the recommended 200 degrees, we shut down right at the right time to save the turbo.

The "HUMBLER" is our Dyno-Jet we use to call the bluffs of those manufacturers who claim power and those who can not back up the claim,,Hook my truck I'd welcome that, see,Just cause I list TST in my signature does not mean thats all thats there,,I do realize that the numbers that you pulled at Scheid are decent,BUT,what I do not understand is why a similar truck with the same components pulled less than the Scheid numbers that were posted here and on the TDR,,What I am kinda curious about is if the "Mustang Dyno" you guys were on was loaded and what it was loaded to???,,I am interested in sitting mine on a "Mustang" and seeing what the difference between the two is,,As for O1silverbullett,I can row a stick with the best of them, never underestimate the capabilities of someone who you do not know, just because you have beaten other TST equipped trucks does not mean you'll go by me,,I'll be in Salem,Oh last weekend of September too pull then into western PA for a show,,Load your gun barrells gang, come and play,I'm not hard to find,,Its the Bright Red truck, with the driver that has a size 14 right foot,I'd be glad to entertain any who show.........BRM

This is 01silverbullet: Big Red Machine, I will try to make it over there, I really hope they have a dyno. TST had a good showing but they did beat Blue Chip. Nobody ever said (but you that you didnt believe my numbers) I never questioned yours. I'm not afraid to hook to anything including A BIG RED MACHINE. I do look foward to meeting you if I can get away from work. Email me with Directions Jrudnick@frontiernet.net I hope your ready to eat your words! SEE YA
