Cool

Fly Boy,

Tube Technologies, Inc. (tti) can be reached at 909-371-4878. They are located in Corona, CA.

The May issue of Mopar Muscle has an article on installing them in a 70 340 Duster. Very good review in the article.

I don't have any of their exhaust components but did get to visit their manufacturing facility last summer. I must say I was very impressed. At the time all of their components were manufactured in the USA. I'd assume they haven't changed.

Sorry I can't help you on the installation of a set of their headers in '73-'74 'Cuda. Give 'em a call, they are very helpful folks.

Best of luck with your project.

I ordered an exhuast system from them and was impressed witht the quality. I also got a price sheet for their headers and they sound very good and are expensive, around 500 bucks.

1 small ding in the #2 pipe, & a quick buss on the collector with a grinder. In a 71 Bcuda 440. Well worth the extra $$$$$ add a set of those copper exhaust manifold gaskets & you have the ultimate in E body headers.

For what Its worth I'll add this, I have several friends with 70's barracudas both sb an bb. They have raved about the TTI headers and swear by them. I have a 69 barracuda and according to my cuda group the TTI's are the best headers around and are the easiest to install. Dont get me wrong, everone has their horror stories but the TTI's seem to have the least...good luck.....DAVE

I have just put a set of TTI header on my 73 Charger. They are the best headers I have ever had. The TTI headers are the 4th set of headers I have had on the car. The 1st set was a set of cyclones put on in in '78 when I first modified the stock 400. This was when cyclones were painted purple, but that burned off fast. They worked good and lasted until about '84 when they started to rust through. Then I put on a set of blackjacks and they hit the steering even after bending and dinging the headers and removeing the heat shield that 73 400 chargers have around the rubber steering coupler. I sold them to a guy who was building a street rod. The third set was the Mopar Perf. p4529436 and they hit the steering less but have leaked all the time. The final nail in the mopar headers coffin was when I went to install the lightweight starter and the headers hit that too. So I went with the TTI's 1 7/8 headers and they don't hit anything and no leaks yet. Easiest to install the directions were right on. I also had a set of hookers headers on a cutlass and while they fit and didn't leak they did hang low and hit curbs and speedbumps. I may upgrade my exhaust from a custom bent 2 1/4 to tti's 3".
