Default Oil pump aint cuttin it!

I took apart my Melling (66HV on tab?) and the rotor seems to be scored around the tips of the lobes. Ive never seen a new one so I dont know the finish that its supposed to have. What are the tolerances between the lobes and the lands? Man, those screws were tight!! Also, how do you get that pressure valve out? I pulled the cotter pin expecting it to shoot out, but no dice. I even rapped the case against a concrete floor a few times and it aint budging. I got the "340" spring kit and want to use it.

OK, what pump is this?? 4266H on body, 4166H on tab, and 4366H on cover..Not a Melling, Generic? Mopar? Mancini sells a standard one for 19.00, not bad considering a HV is really not needed (nothing over 6500 blast)

The pressure relief may have a plug holding in the spring. You may be able to drill the cup and screw in a screw or body hammer puller to pop it out, then go the the local parts place and get another plug for when you put the pump back together.
