torque converter installation??
my torque converter and my flex plate, i can only get 2 bolts to line up. do i have to keep on trying until all 4 fit different ways? i'm putting in the motor right now, it is the middle of the night. but the motor is in right now. help soon please

Yep. The flex plate only bolts onto the torque convertor in one position. The bolt holes are offset. It's easier to match them up before you put in the motor so you can line them up and mark the plate and convertor for proper position before it's in the car. With it in the car, it's trial and error. Put in one bolt, turn the engine over and see if the remaining holes are lining up. If not, unbolt, rotate the convertor a quarter turn relative to the flex plate, put in one bolt, repeat. At most, four tries and you've got it. A pain in the butt, though.
