Anyone ever bush their own carb shafts? I had a kit that had little white curled up pieces if plastic in it and figured they were shaft bushings. Trying to install them was not easy, they always came out of their grooves on the shaft when I tried to put the shaft back in. I gave up and put the whole thing back together after I ruined all of them. My Carb wasnt leaking anyway, so no damage was done. Of course if these were not bushings, I would feel real dumb trying to put a square peg in a round hole (they fit perfectly in the shaft grooves) . Anyway, what does a shop charge for this, or should I try it again with some sound advice from someone who hads done it? Thanks
