Can you use Nitrous with steel shim head gaskets? If so...How much would be ok before they like to blow?

Rob I ran 150 hp shot on my 440 for 3 1/2 years with no probs with steel shim head gaskets,in reality this is all the stock pistons and rods could handle(572hp)..PRO..
