The last one that I did was for my boat. I did this by hand methods, Dremel, hand sanding,...,...,..., It took 3 months!

Is their a faster way I have herd that sand blasting will do this also is it true?

The one on my boat has been done in 1993 & looks just as good as the day I said enough.

Am I subject to 3 more months hard labor to do another for my 360????

Thanks sincerly

Buddy, I have one word for you, WEYNOL!
Sorry they don't have a website(i haven't seen it yet, anyway)but in 3 minutes, they
made my crappy lookin' aluminumn rims look beuatiful! actually I only did a little bit of the wheel. I have not got around to fully polishing these wheels but you can tell where the got the polish. If I can find out where to get it I'll e-mail you or somethin.
the stuff is incredible!

Both of those seem fine but they seem to be just a finish coating.

What about removal of casting bumps/ridge's bringing it to a mirror smooth finish.

Thanks sincerly

I looked into this myself. After buying all the sanding rolls, polish, this and that, I realized the 100 bucks the Metalcrafters down the street was charging for any aluminum manifold polish job was way worth it. I spent 1 hour experimenting and said "forget it". Black s^$t everywhere, sanding rolls loading up, polish wheels self destructing, man you can have all that. Good luck. My .02

The outfit out here that is very well known is called Mag Masters, Their number is 714-541-9777. The guys name is Tom Kidd and he does some excellent work. I cant quote prices, but is is magazine cover quality work. Yes, like a mirror. I have seen his work, but havn't had any done myself.
