Default rebuilding swirl port "302" heads ????

im planning on reusing my swirl port heads on my 318. (read "318 build up" http://www.moparchat.com/forums/show...threadid=34852)
what should i do to these heads? lets just assume all i have is the bare head.
  • * what kind of machining should be done/checked for?
    * what are the suggested valve sizes?
    * what kind of mods (porting, cc'ing and such)?
    * what other small parts will i need? (retainers springs and such)
    * whats the approximate cost for parts/labor?
    * should i just go and get some ebrocks? i hope i dont have to spend that much but if i have to i have to
