Unhappy

I recently had my AC evaporator replaced.
I noticed, while stopped at red lights, that the AC would hiss under the dash. I attribute the hiss to decompression. The dealer said it was normal. A few days later, the AC died.
The evaporator needed to be replaced. This required the entire dash assembly to be removed as well as the front seats and carpet.
The AC has never cooled like it did prior to the replacement job. Now I noticed that the AC hiss is back, but now it does it when I accelerate. Any ideas?

Check for a loose vacuum line to the door opening "vacuum pots" on the evaporator case.
