For a good catback the flowmaster american thunder or mopar performance catback would be awesome. There's a guy down here at my school with a 318cid Grand Cherokee with the mopar performance 3" catback that sounds pretty good. I don't know if he has headers, i doubt it, but it sounds good.
On my grand, i'm running a cutout, hiflow cat, 50series suv flowmaster, and 3" mopar performance pipe. When i'm offroad, i run open exhaust with the 3" cutout open. ------------------ 73 Charger 400 94 ZJ 318

I have a '95 Ram sport with a 318 and I added a 3" dual catback system from Summit Racing. It was only $170 and sounds awesome! You can definately feel more power when you put your foot in it too.
