big block msd setup any good????????????
I am considering replacing my mp distributor and
very old (12 years) jacobs energy team ignition with msd pro billet distributor and digital 6 ignition. Is anyone using any of these msd products, and are you happy with them? (lower et, better idle, any breakage ect) These will be going on my 70 bee drag only car which has currently run 12.23 111.98mph out of the box. This is a very mild 440 mp 509 cam motor and the one im going to have to run most of next season until i finish (afford) a real race motor. THANKS AGAIN |

I have been running the pro billet with the 7AL2 for several years no problems. I like the dist, you can easily change the timing curve to whatever you want or lock it out..
