Default Pentagon

How is this for a close call...

My ex-wife was working at the Pentagon, yesterday. She was just leaving the corridor, when the plane hit it. When she set her backpack down, to help others, she found that a piece of the aircraft had embeded itself into her backpack and the tools inside.

This piece of the plane was larger than her hand. The backpack was made of leather which helped to slow it down. It was the telecom test equipment, in the backpack, that stopped it. Had she not been wearing that backpack, the piece of metal would have ripped into her back and probably would have killed her.
