I go to Long Beach and Pomona Swap meet as often as I can, and I see these all the time, usually for 30 bucks or cheaper. Seems alot of people like these carbs, and I could help if I know what to look for. I'de pick one up for whoever wanted one, just pick up the tab and shipping charges. Any takers? E-mail me here, pishta@winfire.com, no later than friday 12/1/00. Let me know what numbers to stay away from if there are unacceptable models.

Do you find many Mopar parts at pomona? Everytime I go to pomona I'm lucky if I see 2 intake manifolds for a bigblock. An 8 3/4 centersection here and there and thats about it.
I went to the long beach swap last weekend for the first time....I saw way more mopar parts (though not tons of stuff). I picked up a brand new still in the plastic NOS cheater system for a spreadbore (read thermoquad) for $300. I was smiling all the way home. |

Yeah, Rob, its sick. 1000 vendors and 3 sell Moparts.... 100 buck gear drives galore, aluminum heads, used aluminum rods. etc... but NO MOPARTS! (20 buck Carter AFB's all day long though!) Long Beach has a far better ratio, Lots of HEMI parts everytime.

Pishta pick me up one of those 20 buck AFB's. Whichever looks good.
