Torque Converter Help please!
I am trying to find out what company is the best(Of the highest quality) to go with for a 2800 rpm torque converter for the 904 transmission that I have in my 1984 Dodge Ram(specs in sig). This converter also needs to be a lock up torque converter(This is a daily driver, but race sometimes on the weekends). If you could please give me a second best, as well, that might be of lower cost if the first company's converters are very expensive. I need this to hold up for a good long while.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you |

I really do't have an answer for you. I feel bad for you as noone replied to your post
There was a very similar thread on here a while ago you you could try scrolling back a couple of pages to find the thread. I do seem to remember some people saying 'Dynamic' (?) converters were the best. Dynamic being the brand name. I think it was this. Hope this helps. Elmo. |
