Default Honing lifter bore, what to use?

My engine is coming apart soon for a good inspection and likely new rings and bearings. I want to run something through the lifter bores to make sure they are clean. I was on the Mac tool truck today and see they have small cylinder honers and flex hones. The flex hone I figure would be better but the 2 sizes close to the lifter are the 15/16 and 1 inch ones. Which one? Also
what grit, they range from 80-320.
Thanks

I don't know if this is the right one to use, but I've used a brake wheel cylinder hone.
