mopar kitcar leaf springs
hi guys is anyone running the mp kit car leaf springs
they are listed as 120 lb and come in 0 andm 1' arch when i called mopar tec line they told me they were flat and 1 in arch THAT don't sound right to me anyone rember what the arch really was and will they fit a dart thanks david |

I run them on my duster they work real well for me. I run the one inch on the right and zero on the left.Someone told me once that all manufactures rate there spings differently so you can never tell about the spring rates. the arch is correct but i think they measure from the front hanger to the rear end housing not total arch anyway thats what it looks like to me.Someone else may be able to explain it better

We have used the MP springs on a few different cars. They work really well! Last set measured like Landrum measures them are 8" & 10" respectively. On cars that are in classes that are under the 3000# range have had to remove a leaf to soften the rates. I've had real good luck with them holding up much better than many other racing springs! I've usually gotten 2 seasons out a set rather 3-4 sets a season!
