Hey man hows it going, You posted that you had a 3800lb mirada with the mm 496 in it and are running 10.80s. Well i am very curious about your combo. What cam, heads, intake and gear ratio are you running. Also what kind of rpm do you run through the traps? I am currently running a basic 440 with a 509 cam in my 3650lb superbee (running 12.14 out of the box, still need to tune the motor and suspension) and I am considering a 496 setup next year. I know you can get that kind of performance out of 440 pretty easy but I am looking to keep the revs down for durability. Also how do you like your setup and have you had any problems? I am only going to be able to get maybe a 10 inch slick in the wheel well and I dont know if thats going to be good enough for that torque monster, I need consistency too.
