Is anyone or company buying 400 blocks?
Is there a 400-3 in 1978, or at all? |

Why wouldn't there be? The 400 is the block size and the number after that is the number of modifications (repairings) done to the mold where the block is cast. The numbers can go up as high as 12, I think, and the big number blocks are considered worse than the ones with smaller numbers. Don't knoe if it's scientifically truew, but that's what the big boys say.
