New 10 second Club Member!!!!!!!

The Slant Six 10 Second Club gained a new member at the Virginia Chrysler Classic. The Cox Bros. and their immaculate '66 Dart fired off a 10:60 and backed it up with a 10:47! This makes them the fourth member of the Club, and the second fastest Slant car in the country. Congratulations Cox Bros.!!!!!!

At the same event, Will Burns ran an 11:30 with his super sweet '67 Barracuda. That is a new best for him. Look for Will to join the 10 Second Club next year.

If you ever get a chance, check out a Slant race. These are but two of the many gorgeous (and fast) Slant cars that make up the Slant Racers!

Yes, my bet is that Will .... will be the next SL6 racer getting into the tens, he got pretty close at Richmond.

Never know, it's a long time untill April, who knows what everyone else will be working on over the winter.

I do know that his car is real light, runs on alcohol and NOS.
