Question

I have a manual valve body on my 1969 A-904 tranny. Itwas rebuilt not to long ago by Chrysler before i bought it. (came out of a 69 barracuda w/ a 318) The deal is: lately shifting from 1st to 2nd hasnt been as jerky as when i first installed it, but 2nd to 3rd is still pretty jerky. I was wondering if perhaps the one of the bands are wearing? And if so, can i just adjust it? Or maybe could it be something else? I noticed it only when i am accelerating hard at around 4,500rpm or higher, when i frist put the manual valve body in it would cherp the tires when i did this. But if i let off the gas abit then shift it jerks the car abit more then when i accelerate- this didn't used to be the case. The fluid is all good and not discolored and the level wasn't low when i checked it. If anyone can tell me anything E-Mail at Mo340par@aol.com
