Default 413 Engine Rebuild

I am working on an engine and transmission that I bought from a 1970 motorhome. A local MOPAR Performance Shop says several parts are interchangable with "RB" engines.
Can anyone share some tips that may help me prepare this engine for street use? I may occasionally race it, but mostly for embarrassing GM's and Fords.

Any economical tips and easy upgrades are what I plan to do. Thanks in advance.
