Unforunately, we have a family commitment for that weekend that will prevent us from going to KLMS. Wish we could. The next race we have scheduled is the first week in December.

Well, looks like things change without me knowing it. We are going to race at Atomic tonight. 5K to win, $400 to start, D55 tires. We will take Saturday off to attend to family matters.

Went to Atomic, had a good time, drank lots of coffee/hot chocolate, didn't do too well. Qualified about 40th, they had all the cars in the infield, prolonged idling let our engine get too cold. Thus, when we went out to qualify, engine was flat. Had to run the last chance race, started 10th, finished 5th. Didn't make the field, they only took the top two. There were 74 Super Late Models.
Bloomquist won, Steve Francis was second(mopar sponsored). |
