Default Good source for headers

Can anyone point me in the right direction for a good header for my slant six.

Tell me about the fit...any gains you saw...etc.

Also when installing the header do you have to reinforce the intake because the exhaust manifold isn't helping it support the weight....

Do you have to block off under the intake where the exhaust manifold meets the intake...I have really looked to see what is there....

Point me in the right direction...please

This engine is in an Aspen so I can use any header...A/B/E/F Body...it doesn't matter...lots of room witht he torsion bars in the front....!!

My personal favorite is the Mopar Performance 6 into 1. It fits pretty good, and I think it was worth about 1/2 a second on a stock motor. Hooker Super Comp (6X2) look pretty good for a relatively healthy engine. Clifford headers are really well built, but they are super pricey, and Clifford is kinda tough to deal with sometimes.

The 6 x 2 you talk about....... does that mean that the header is broken into two banks of three with two collectors?

Question

I believe the Hookers and Cliffords are 2-1/2", and the MP is 3".
