Help me build a 340 for EA's MotorCityOnline
Hey I just started playing this kickass game, and I managed to pick up a Duster rolling chassis sans engine. I bought a 340 block and now I need to pick parts that count like cam/heads etc. I plan to use the car for races, not drags. I would like to run without a blower or NO2 due to accelerated damage. Anyone have a package that has worked for them? What kind of power did you get from it? Any help greatly appreciated. I was going to use a MP 13 sec Bracket car buildup just for kicks, but I figured the game's performance parts model would be too different from real life.

Funny thing is that MOPAR Madness is really just a name, due in no small part to the fact that only EIGHT of the 60 initial cars are Mopar. No exotic makes/models either. For comparison, there are no less than 5 1967 Camaro models on the list. We got snubbed! Oh well at least I have a 340 Duster. I really wanted a BB Dart, but no BBs or Darts yet. You guys gotta check it out:

I spent about 2 months in the Beta
There are big blocks including the HEMI but they are only available through the auction and they cost a fortune. No Darts yet though. I tried to get them to inlcude a Chrysler 300 letter car as a starter car but apperantely they didn't think that was a good idea. The game was fun but I couldn't justify the cost of paying a monthly fee. The realism is impressive though.

I did beta testing for Motor City..I bought a hemi cuda pulled the motor out of it and dropped inot my duster. It was fairly fast. The game is pretty fun. Jsut a note, dont use the duster for racing other than drag, it has no handeling what so ever.

NOW you tell me it doesn't handle! I can't race that thing no matter how much I spend on handling stuff! What Mopar does handle well? I'd like to stick to an all Mopar lineup if I can. Thanks for the replies.
