4.7 HO Specs for Gav360

Hey Gav360: I found out what is different on the 4.7 H.O. Here it is:


Engine parts:
Cam
Intake Manifold
Cylinder Head (deshrouded around intake valve)
Iconel exhaust valves
Fine point platinum tip spark plugs
Pop up pistons with increased CR to 9.7:1
Floating piston pin (revised connecting rod with no bushing)
Forged Crank
Tri metal lower crank bearings
Dual knock sensors located in valley of block

Vehicle parts:

Low restriction induction system
Chrome exhaust tip
Liftgage badge

Premium fuel recommended, not required.

Horsepower increases from 235 @ 5100 RPM to 265 @ 5100 RPM
Torque goes from 295 ft-lbs @ 4200 RPM to 325 ft-lbs @ 3600 RPM
In '03 it will lose 5 Horsepower due to a molded intake manifold.
