Default oil pan

alright. i holed my last oil pan (put them motor mounts in right!). ordered a cheesy chrome one from PAW, but it came in with a bent corner of the rail. any suddestions on how to straighten it and not make it leak?
also, im planning on using the one piece gasket from the late model magnum motors. anyone tried this? what should i do for sealant? torque spec?
thanks, guys.

I straighten mine out with a rubber end of a screwdriver. Not a recomended use for a screwdriver though. I tapped it until it was OK. Better yet, then what I did, use a peice of wood and wrap it with a rag as so not to damage the shine. Use a straight edge or level to make sure you got it right.
I used regular Black Permatex and torqued it a little better than hand tight with a small ratchet. Do not let the gasket squezze out.
