My motor came out of a 78 dodge magnum its a 360 what kinda tranny will it most likley have how can i find out? and i don't have the vin number.

The 904/99x takes about 1/3 the horse of a 727 to run and it can be made to pass some good SB horsepower. Their internals have less mass so they are suppose to be a good drag trans, and they are way plentiful in the boneyards too.
