She is basically 100% stock right now, but can't wait to start with the improvements! Any suggestions?

I'd say start off with clear corners and factory matched window tint in the front.

ps. if you're looking into new rims I'd be happy to take your R/T wheels

I would definitely get the clear turn signals to replace the orange ones. Here is what I have done and would suggest... the clear turn signals, 3923 autolite plugs, IP Stage III, White face gauges, ..actually how much are you wanting to spend and this would help me determine what ideas you could afford.

That's a 2000 model, right? Nice colour! I go with the general consensus and recommend the clear corners and the IP Intake. After which, it's all a matter of how much you want to spend.

If you want the rear clear corners, I have an extra set and would swap them out for your originals red rears (I need them for a friend's project truck and couldn't use mine as they were damaged when some ^%$^#^%@@ clipped my rear).

Yo Blue:

Aaaah, a blank canvas. What to do, what to do? So many things out there, it's hard to figure Where to start. Well Blue, 1st ya need some contrast. I'll bet on a sunny day ya need to wear your shades cause of the reflection from the interior and body. However, the clear lenses would look good.

Of course you need Vent Visors, albeit that I recommend the WeatherTech brand. I have a sun visor & wiper cowl mounted on my D. I also installed a dash trim kit. I went with the burl wood look. I even got the hood emblem that lights up. The direction that I took for the dress up was nice, but functional.

I got things like the door sill covers. A cargo liner for the back, but so far, I sticking with the stock floor mats. What year is your D Blue? A 2000? The reason that I ask, is that your dash looks different than mine. I guess what I'm trying to say, is that the sky (and your wallet) is the limit. There's soooo much you can do to these critters. Give it your own personal look. EXPRESS YOURSELF! Here's a picture of my dash.

Biggrin Thanks all!

Lots of great ideas. For the curious, the year is 2000 and the color is "Bright Platinum Metallic" and man does she shine when the sun is out! I had thought about the vent visors, but had them on my Explorer and after one winter they looked pretty beaten up. As for expense account,I will have to battle the wife for funds since she wants a new dining room. I will probably start with the suttle changes. Am definitely considering some more aggressive shoes though, don't really dig the Goodyears...
