Default parting 65 D-100

The engine turns over and runs though not very well. No noise that I could hear but does smoke. Didn't run it very long so I can't tell you much more about it. It's complete carb to pan has all clutch and bellhousing on it with a car three speed tranny. Was a four speed but was changed to a three speed. You can have it all plus the driveline for $250.00 or B.O. Even the exhaust if you want it. Any other questions please feel free to call me at 209-327-8487. Thanks, Gene.

What kind of four speed are you looking for. A-833 or the truck. I have A-833's and the four speed overdrives.

I take it you have a four wheel drive P.U. What size motor does it have. I don't know for sure if you can put the overdrive tranny with the transfer case. It is the exact same size case as the A-833 four speed. If it will work and you are interested I'd sell the overdrive tranny for $200.00.

Default overdrive tranny

I don't think this would have to be rebuilt. It came out of a running p.u. with a 318. I can open it up and check to make shure though. Give me a couple of days to get to it and I'll see. One thing I forgot about is that the overdrive tranny has a bigger front bearing cover which requires a special bellhousing which I also have in case you don't. One guy I know took his bellhousing to a machine shop and had it turned to accept the overdrive unit. Just an idea.

Before I sell you something you don't need, are you shure this might be what you want for your truck? This tranny is like the car 4-speed but an overdrive. If it's what you want I have to go to Vegas next week on buisness so I could bring it down to you. Make shure cause I don't want to sell you it if it wont work.

No problem. I have a friend who might have a truck four speed. I'll ask him tomorrow. I thought maybe you were converting your four wheeler to two wheel drive but figured I better ask to make shure. Hey do you know anybody who might want to trade a driveable 60's dodge pu for a 73 Charger SE Brougham? Car is Tor Red with black interrior. Bucket seats with floor console. Had 400 hp 4bbl auto, have a good 440 auto to go with it. Also 8 3/4 rear with 323 gears. Car is real straight no rust but needs some interrior work. Thanks.
