The newer swirl port heads are best. But for what cam to suggest...your going to have to be sure of things like what gear ratio your useing. Also, what is your tire size. Things like this are needed to be known to give a real recomendation for a cam.
Otherwise, I'll just shout out "Get this or that" , and that would be bad.
Whats your intended use of the truck?

I saw a 302 head at the local yard and the intake was puny, there was like 1/8 of an inch of iron showing around the intake where the gasket mated. Are these all that hot with these small ports, or are you suppose to gasket match these to your favorite intake?

The 302 heads are the 318 HS heads if I am correct. They truly have a puny port on them. I would recommend the 360 HS heads, 308 casting. They have a wider port and better flow and flow potential. I have a set on a 360. They are ported and flow real well at low lifts. I have 1.94" intake valves in them. We sleeved the pushrod holes to allow port matching.

Out of the box they are about 10-15 cfm better than the unported "J"/"X" heads from what I have seen. They also have a much better exhaust port than the "J"/"X" heads. The head is open chambered, like the "J"/"X" head.

As for cam suggestions, I think compression ratio is a thing to consider when selecting the cam. For any towing application, I would look to stay under 225° duration at .050" lift. Torque generally drops off quite quickly after that in most street compression engines from what I have seen and done. Although the longer stroke of this combo may insulate that problem and keep the torque up with a little longer duration. It is too new to give you any feedback. I too am considering the stroker for my dually
