Default a-body exhaust

alright, im plotting to bend up my own 3 inch exhauast for the duster. ive got a couple of questions, though. so, as always, im going to the mopar gurus here. (gratuitous ego stroking never hurt, right?)
1. i have a pair of factory 340 tailpipes. if i use these as models to bend the new 3 inch, will i have any clearance or interference problems?
2. if i go without mufflers, what kind of interior noise should i expect. if my theory is right, there should be less than with mufflers, since all the sound will travel out to the bumper. is this right, or am i stupid?
3. how far off the floor pan should i keep it? is there a minimum distance?
4. do the TTI systems incorporate any routing changes that make it a better system, or is it just a larger mandrel bent stock system?

itll be from the headers which ill be putting on, and mounted with the best hardware advance auto parts sells. any further suggestions?
thanks for all the help, guys.
mike
