Default carb jetting

Anyone know what the "hemi grind" cam likes in jetting? I have heard of the 284/484 MP cam described as such, and thought the factory jetting might be a good baseline for me to start with. Trouble is I am using a BG carb and the Hemi used a Carter. the BG's come with rich jets from the factory, so I think I should turn it down a notch. I am getting a pretty strong fuel buzz in the drive through.

LD340 Dual plane, 625 CFM, 2.02 heads, equal length headers.
