Question Polygraphite Bushings

Has anyone used the polygraphite bushings on their upper and lower A-arms? I would like to upgrade my front suspension over the Winter, if they would be an improvement over the stock, rubber kind. Does anyone have experience with them in a circle track car?
Glad to see the chat forum up and running. I couldn't get on last night and freaked out. I really count on the help I get from you fellow racers. Now that it is back up, Please Help!

We have used these for a long time. Have found them to be far superior to stock. Was changing stock bushing every two to three races. These lasted all season with hardly any wear. Now one of the first things we change when building a new car.

Many thanks, Mopar Trac! That's what I like about this forum. You don't have to reinvent the wheel. The learning curve in racing is bad enough. I will order them from PST, (800)247-2288
If anyone is interested, ask for Julio, extension 363, he will sell you just the bushings and not the whole front end rebuild kit. (In all the advertising that I have seen, only the complete kits are listed, but he can break it down for you) Thanks again!

Dyno360-Been running the poly's for years, they're
great.
Cageman-Might be illegal in your area, but I cut the backside of the upper arm and shim the lower ball joint to get measurements on the right. Without resorting to this I can get one or the other to spec but not both.

I thought that the E body stuff was the same as my 68 B-body, so I never compared them. Another thing iam going to do is change my spindles to the aspen fury ones so I can get a taller spindle. When I first put discs on everyone I asked said not to use those because of there height but after doing more research it is very helpful for lowering the roll center of the front end.

E-body lower control arms are the same as 66-72 B-body lower arms at 13" long from pivot to center of lower ball joint. A- body and 73&up B body are 13.5" long but the later B-body arms are much sturdier than the A-body pieces.

Default I thought so

I am not too familiar with abody and newer b body suspension so that is helpful. And as for cutting uppers and modifying we cant do that here but I wouldnt any way as for they are weak allready I would rather put another one on and not have to modify it. I too space the lower ball joint with 3/4 inch spacers for the camber I need, I get the spacers out of GM alternators, they go between the fan and pulley and they are a perfect fit. FYI
