Question

I'm running low tension oil rings on my sreet/strp 340, would a exhaust type crank evac. system be enough or should I step up to a vacuum punp.

It really depends Gearhed on your compression ratio and max rpm,you may not need one at all if your 10:1 with a redline of 6000 rpms or less,it wont hurt to run one either, most oil rings are low tension, there are some that are less tension then stock be sure which you have......PRO.....

The rings are total seal gapless, total seal gives you a choice of standard tension or low tension. I'm running roughly 11.3 compression, and looking to turn anywhere from 6800-7200 through the traps...GEARHED
