what wires go where on the Sun tach and the Autometer shift light?....Can I attach the common wires together, then run them where they need to go?

pretty open question there..
power to 12v switched power, ground to ground, and the last wire, to the negative side of the coil. the shift light is going to be controlled by a pill, so all it needs is the same signal that the tach is getting. now, keep in mind that there are some differences here and there. if you are running a setup with more then one coil.. that's different. if you have a cd, you might need something different (square wave signals and such.. ) |

red switched positive
black ground green, or light brown is tach signal (most of the time) you can also go to autometer for a wiring diagram, or just about anybody else that makes guages. |
