Pretty much any big block/727 trans combo. I'd go as big as possible; 440......djs

thanks, so a 440 with 727 from say 1974 will slip right in correct? my daughter has a nintendo game, yoshi is a dinasuar character and i hate him because of the way he walks or hops or something.

I presume a big block (361 383 413) came out of the Imp. If so I believe the 440/727 will go right in. But 1 question; does the car have column or pushbutton shift? I think the last year for pushbutton was '64, so you sh ould be OK with the 74 unit. Thanks for the info on "Yoshi" lmao.....djs
