need info on new hemi shortblocks

someone tell me about the new shortblocks, i'm getting excited over a hemi shortblock, that would just finish off my challenger. any info would be appreciated.

They are just trying to get it ramped up for production, I'm sure that it will be a while before it gets into a crate. They have to launch it in a few different body styles also, that will take a little while to ramp up.

I have heard from a "little birdie" that it is putting out a true 320 horsepower in stock form. The original 353 horsepower was from the tweaked show model. It will have more potential with aftermarket parts.

no karl.. I don't think he's talking about the "new" hemi. he's talking about the new "crate shortblock" hemi's. still the old 426, but in shortblock form

DEWME5 YOU ARE CORRECT ON WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT. I'M HOPING TO FIND OUT MORE ABOUT THIS THING IT WOULD BE SO AWESOME TO BUY IT TO PUT IN MY CAR. THE SHORTBLOCK IS THE 465 HORSE CRATE MOTOR BUT THATS ABOUT ALL I KNOW ABOUT IT, I HOPE TO FIND A LITTLE MORE ABOUT IT THANKS FOR THE REPLIES
